A Sunny Silvermere Inn On The Lake Wedding - Juliette & Andrew

What can I say about Juliette and Andrew except, wow! What an amazing couple.
I first met them around 18 months ago at the Spring Wedding Fair at Silvermere and I knew right away that their big day was going to be something really epic.

Finally, the long-awaited Friday arrived, and it was awesome

Juliette and her girls got ready at her parent’s home in Twickenham. They had a lovely morning together.

Meanwhile, Andrew eagerly awaited his stunning bride at the nearby St Edmund of Canterbury Church. Juliette, adding a touch of anticipation, arrived fashionably behind schedule, but Andrew remained composed, keenly awaiting her arrival.

And then, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived. The ceremony was an absolute delight, culminating in a heartfelt kiss and a joyous walk down the aisle accompanied by cheers and applause. It was a truly magical moment.

Shortly after they were absolutely pelted with confetti by their very eager and excited guests!

Juliette and Andrew had arranged a really cool vintage London bus to transport their guests from the church to Silvermere, which was looking just gorgeous in the sunshine. We hopped on the golf buggies and took some lovely pictures around the lake.

After the food had been eaten, some wine had been enjoyed and the speeches had been expertly delivered, it was time for the happy couple to enjoy their first dance together as a married couple - complete with a confetti cannon surprise!

And then… PARTY TIME!

These two weren’t yet done with the surprises though. They had arranged for a beautiful fireworks display for their guests to enjoy. We also took some pretty special night time shots out on the lake.

That’s all for this little preview, folks.

An incredible day for the most wonderful couple.

I’ll add one or two more pictures from this day to the Facebook and Instagram pages as I edit them, so feel free to follow along and relive some more beautiful moments.

Huge thanks to all at Silvermere Inn On The Lake for taking such good care of us and for making sure everything ran so well as always. Special thanks to Abbie and Vickey and Bob - all of you were so very helpful as always.

Thanks too to all of Juliette and Andrew’s wonderful guests for making me so welcome - it was a blast!

A Gorgeous Wedding At The Ravenswood - Catherine & Jake

Catherine and Jake had the most amazing wedding at The Ravenswood on Thursday. The sun came out and the venue looked incredible.

I spent the morning with Catherine and her girls in the getting ready room. They had a wonderful time hanging out and joking together. It was the most lovely atmosphere and Catherine’s friends did the best job of making her nice and relaxed. Thanks for all of the victory signs and love hearts, ladies!

Meanwhile, Jake was looking super sharp awaiting his beautiful bride outside at the little castle.

He didn’t have to wait long, as Catherine - escorted by her very proud Dad - was right on time. Jake did the decent thing and had a little cry.

The ceremony itself was beautiful. It was short and very sweet and all sealed with a big ol’ smooch and a confetti walk, Just perfect.

There were drinks, canapés and photos in the sunny gardens.

And then Catherine, Jake and I took a little stroll around the grounds of the Ravenswood to get these gorgeous pictures.

Following the wedding breakfast, there was a special moment as Catherine and Jake shared a traditional Chinese tea ceremony with their parents.

And then it was time for the newlyweds to have their first dance together as a married couple.

My favourite part of a wedding is when I get to take the couple outside for a few night time shots. Luckily for me, Catherine and Jake were keen on this and so agreed to let me take them away from their guests for just 10 more minutes to get these beauties!

That’s all for this little preview, folks.

Special thanks to Jacky and Maha for their dress fluffing skills and to Jenny for being kind enough to round up guests for the group shots. You were all a huge help.

A Froyle Park Wedding - Amy & Dec

What an incredible day yesterday for Amy and Dec at the wonderful Froyle Park. The venue looked incredible, the sun came out and the couple were utterly amazing!

Dec arrived with his boys and like true gents, got spruced up in the car park.

Meanwhile Amy and her girls were having a blast upstairs getting ready. Laughing and joking… And dancing to Cotton Eye Joe!

As show time approached, Amy’s Dad came to collect her - and was obviously completely blown away!

And then it was time for the magic moment. Dec was eagerly awaiting his beautiful bride, but first the bridal party had to pave the way. And they all did brilliantly.

Amy then made her big entrance, and needless to say she looked completely stunning and knocked Dec’s socks off. Check out that look on his face!

At this point things got a little emotional and Dec did the decent thing and had a little cry.

He wasn’t the only one, of course. The ceremony itself was lovely. There was tears and there was laughter and most importantly, there was a big old smooch to seal the deal.

Man, were their guests keen to pelt them with confetti. That stuff got everywhere!

After Amy and Dec had pruned confetti off of each other, we took a stroll around the glorious grounds at Froyle Park to get these beautiful photos.

Then we re-joined the guests for some group shots, drinks and mingling.

After the wedding breakfast had been eaten, the speeches had been expertly delivered, and many drinks had been enjoyed, it was time for Amy and Dec to enjoy their first dance together as a married couple.

And then the moment was upon us. Party time! What does a Monday wedding look like at party time you ask? Well in this case… Epic!
These people did not care one jot that it was a school night. It was time to dance!

Right before it was time for me to leave them to it, I stole Amy and Dec away from their guests for just 5 more minutes to grab these wonderful night time pictures.

That’s all for this little preview, folks.
