A Friern Manor Wedding - Nichola & Jamie

The summer in September continued on Saturday for Nichola and Jamie - and what a day they had.
Nichola got ready with her girls at her home and they had a great, very calm morning. So calm in fact that they nicknamed her Bridechilla!

Before we really knew it, it was dress time and it’s fair to say that Nichola completely blew her girls away.

Meanwhile Jamie was nervously awaiting his beautiful bride at Our Lady of Lourdes and St Joseph Church, just down the road a little bit.

He didn’t need to wait very long though. Nichola rocked up right on time, looking amazing and she obviously totally knocked his socks off!

The ceremony itself was lovely. Short and sweet and all sealed with a walk back down the aisle to cheers and applause from some very excited guests.

We took some beautiful family group shots in the church.

And then we all headed off to Friern Manor for the reception.
Nichola and Jamie took a little stroll around the amazing Friern Manor grounds to take these gorgeous photos.

And then we re-joined those aforementioned very excited guests so that they could completely pelt the newly weds with confetti!

After the delicious food had been eaten, the speeches had been expertly delivered and one or two glasses of wine had been enjoyed, it was time for Nichola and Jamie to share their first dance together as a married couple and they were joined by their kids which was just great!

And then… PARTY TIME!

Right before it was time for me to leave them all to it, I quickly nabbed Nichola and Jamie and a handful of their very best friends for this fun little photo!

That’s all for this little preview, folks.

An incredible day for the most wonderful couple.

I’ll add one or two more pictures from this day to the Facebook and Instagram pages as I edit them, so feel free to follow along and re-live some more beautiful moments.

Huge thanks to all Friern Manor for taking such good care of me and for making sure everything ran smoothly as always. Special mention to Jo and Jordan who were diamonds from start to finish!
Thanks too, to all the bridesmaids and ushers who were so helpful throughout the day.
