A Neadon Manaton Wedding - Lucy and Tom

I love a country wedding. I really do.

So I had an amazing time capturing Lucy and Tom’s Devon wedding on Saturday.
They were married at St Mary and Martins Church in Chudleigh on a day that couldn’t decide if it wanted to be blue skies and sunshine or pouring rain.
Lucy was escorted down the aisle by her very proud Dad, to where Tom was excitedly waiting for her.

The Ceremony was lovely, emotional, fun and very sweet. It was sealed with a kiss and then lots of whooping and cheering as they made their way back up the aisle.

As their guests made their way to the reception venue, the happy couple picked up their (super cute) dogs and we headed to the moors to play dodge the rain and take some lovely pictures.

Then we headed to the beautiful Neadon Barn to meet up with the guests again. What a venue this was, by the way. The barn was almost entirely candle lit - just wonderful.

But before it was time to head to the barn, there was lots of fun and games (and puppies!)

There was also some incredibly moving and funny speeches, in perhaps the most lovely setting for a wedding speech ever.

Once the food had been eaten and lots of drinks had been drunk, it was time for a first dance and then a good ol’ party!

What a couple and what a day!

That’s all for this little sneak peek, folks.
I’ll add one or two more pictures from this day to the Facebook and Instagram pages as I edit them, so feel free to follow along over there.

Huge thanks to all at Neadon Barn and Chudleigh Church for taking such good care of me and for making sure the day went so smoothly.

Thanks too to all of Lucy and Tom’s lovely guests for making me so welcome.
