A Nonsuch Mansion Wedding - Jenny & Andy

Congratulations to Jenny & Andy who were married yesterday at the incredible Nonsuch Mansion in Cheam, Surrey.
It was my first time photographing a wedding at Nonsuch Mansion and I loved it. What a venue it is and what a couple Jenny and Andy are!
These two were so relaxed and fun to photograph. They were happy to go along with anything I suggested and as a result of their fun nature, we ended up with some really lovely, natural pictures.
An amazing wedding, an amazing couple and an amazing venue. Days like this are the reason I love my job.

The dress was beautiful and Jenny’s Mum was on hand to help zip her in.

As go-time neared, there were just the last finishing touches to take care of.

The moment their eyes first met. Jenny was flanked by her Mum and her two incredibly cute flower girls.

I always love the confetti shot. I particularly liked that the confetti matched the wedding’s colour scheme. THAT’S attention to detail.

Andy being lifted in celebration by his mates. An interestingly positioned hand only adds to the comedy of this picture.

This one took a little while to organise and I did bash my head on a window frame too - but worth it in the end!

After all the family pictures were done, I took Jenny and Andy off for their bride and groom portraits. We kept it nice and relaxed and natural - as I always like to do - and we got a really lovely set of pictures.

The great thing about the bride and groom portraits is that it gives the couple a nice, quiet moment away from the madness.

Another peaceful moment away from the hustle and bustle.

Okay, so bride and groom portraits were over and it was time to head back to the party!

Now, I told you that these guys were fun, right? Well you should have SEEN their first dance. Wow!

Although Jenny and Andy weren’t the only ones having a spin on the dance floor!

Just as the sun was setting, I stole the couple away for a few more minutes. Now, the clouds kind of spoiled the sunset, but personally I LOVE a moody sky so I was happy enough regardless. I think the picture turned out great.
