Jade and Dan were always going to have a day to remember. Two of the most relaxed and lovely people ever, in a big old Manor House in the middle of nowhere surrounded by their amazing friends and family - just perfect, right?
Jade got ready with her girls and they took excellent care of her. She was nice and calm all morning long… until it was time for her Dad to see her and it got a little emotional at that point. But that’s allowed!
Dan was over at Highley Manor’s unique outdoor ceremony space waiting for his bride.
He didn’t have to wait long, Jade was right on time!
Dan did the decent thing and had a little cry when he saw her and it was a really beautiful ceremony.
And well, Highley Manor has some pretty amazing grounds for photos too. I love these!
We had a good feed and some epic speeches and then a lovely first dance and a dad/daughter dance.
And then it was time to party!
As always right before it was time to go, I stole Jade and Dan away for a few minutes for this…❤️
That’s all for this little preview, folks.
I’ll add one or two more pictures from this day to the Facebook and Instagram pages as I edit them, so feel free to follow along over there.
Huge thanks to all at Highley Manor for taking such good care of me.
Thanks too to all of Jade and Dan’s lovely guests for making me so welcome.
What an incredible day these two had.
They are the most amazing couple and it was a joy to capture their special day for them.
Sean got ready at home with his boys and Holly got ready with her girls at her parent’s home.
I visited them both and I knew immediately that the day was going to be wonderful because they both had such a great group of people around them, keeping them calm and having fun.
The ceremony was at St Anne’s church and it was just perfect. A little bit emotional, lots smiles, a wonderful version of Hallelujah and then all sealed with a big kiss and walk back down the aisle.
Then it was on to Silvermere Inn on the Lake. It was great to be back at Silvermere. If you’re in any doubt why this place is one of my favourite venues ever, just look at these.
After the wedding breakfast and speeches there was an utterly beautiful first dance, sung by a guest - goodness what a voice.
Right before it was time for me to leave them to it, I stole Holly and Sean away from their guests for just 5 more minutes for this uniquely Silvermere shot…

Huge thanks to all at St Anne’s and at Silvermere for taking such good care of me. Especially to Abbie, who - as she always does - made sure everything ran smoothly.
Thanks too to all of Holly and Sean’s lovely guests for making me so welcome.
After 2 years of postponements and waiting, Donna and Jon finally had their big day.
They were married at the lovely Great Fosters Hotel.
The ceremony was really beautiful. There were tears, laughter, a big old kiss and then an awesome walk back down the aisle to whooping and applause. The perfect wedding ceremony.
After the ceremony we took a nice stroll around the beautiful hotel gardens for some pictures.
After the wedding breakfast, there was a first dance to Goo Goo Dolls Iris - what a tune!
And then PARTY TIME!
And what a party - complete with some professional dancers to entertain the guests too.
What a day!
